This is a slow-flow class designed to focus on breathing and form as we hold poses for several breaths (suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis). Modifications will be demonstrated allowing most to participate. Beth is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor with specialty training in yoga. She has taught yoga for over 20 years.
